Welcome!

Supporting Families Holistically from Pregnancy to Postpartum & Beyond

My approach

As a certified baby-led sleep coach, my goal is to help empower parents to trust that they really do know best! There is a lot of background noise out there about what we should be doing with our babies, but I truly believe that all you need to know is already within you. My mission is to help parents uncover their ability to follow their instincts and utilize them to find sleep solutions while keeping attachment at the forefront. I do not utilize sleep training in any form, but rather focus on educating parents on what normal infant sleep looks like & shifting patterns while supporting emotion. In my work, I always keep typical development, the attachment-relationship, the importance of supporting emotion at the forefront of my work.

I believe that there is no such thing as a bad habit, only something that is no longer working for you. The best advice I ever received was that YOU are the expert on your baby. If changes need to be made, I can help parents create a plan to shift current patterns, while also supporting the child’s emotion. Always keeping realistic expectations in mind, I can help parents create a sleep plan or routine that works for you, your baby & your family.

Even on your toughest days, you are still the exact right parent for your baby.

I’ve seen first hand how often parents are on the receiving end of judgment. I want to provide you with a safe space to share how you really feel and what you really want to do with your children. I love to encourage parents to do what feels right- we are all individuals with different life situations & circumstances- there is no one size fits all. As someone trained in mental health, I have a desire to help parents focus on both their own mental health, as well as their child’s.
